Lyle Wesley Waggoner was born in Kansas City, KA.  He was the epitome of the tall (6’4”), dark, handsome actor.   His big break came when he joined the cast of The Carol Burnett Show as the announcer and a regular skit player.  His other notable television work was as “Steve Trevor” for three seasons on Wonder Woman.  After the show ended Waggoner could be seen in guest appearances on many television series episodes such as The Love Boat, Fantasy Island, Simon & Simon, Ellen, and The War At Home.
Lyle Waggoner is also an accomplished western art painter and bronze sculptor.  His works are on display at Galleries West Fine Art in Jackson, WY.

Born in Dartford, Kent, England, Keith Richards is a guitarist, songwriter, singer and a founding member of the Rolling Stones.  Rolling Stone magazine ranked him number ten in their 100 Greatest Guitarists of all Time.  He and Rolling Stones lead vocalist Mick Jagger have written hundreds of songs including the huge hit “Satisfaction”.

Born in Indianapolis, IN, Jack Stephen Burton is best known as “Jason Morgan” on television soap opera General Hospital. He joined the cast in 1991 and in 1998 won a Daytime Emmy as Best Supporting Actor.  Burton also appeared in the role of “Jason Morgan” for one season of General Hospital:  Night Shift.

Tommy Lee Jones, born in San Saba, TX has had an enormously successful acting career for more than 40 years.  His film debut was a small role in Love Story which starred Ryan O’Neal and Ali MacGraw.  Among his many memorable performances are his Emmy winning  portrayal of Gary Mark Gilmore in The Executioner’s Song, “Quint” in Black Moon Rising, “Two-Face/Harvey Dent” in Batman Forever,  Doolittle ‘Mooney’ Lynn in Coalminer’s Daughter,  “Woodrow F. Call” in the TV mini-series Lonesome Dove, and “Hawk Hawkins”, opposite Clint Eastwood, in Space Cowboys.  Jones won an Oscar as Best Supporting Actor in the role of Samuel Gerard in The Fugitive, a role he played again in U. S. Marshalls. And, of course, there are his performances in Men in Black and Men in Black II opposite Will Smith.  One of his more recent roles was as “Dave Robicheaux” in The Electric Mist based on the popular fiction series written by author James Lee Burke.
Tommy Lee Jones said, “I love cinema, and I love agriculture”.  Seems he could have chosen to be an actor or a farmer.  Sure glad he chose actor!

Richard Egan, born in San Francisco, CA was a handsome, well –built Hollywood actor who had his first small role in the film The Story of Molly X. Hollywood producers took notice of him and which lead to a contract with 20th Century Fox.  Egan starred as Elvis Presley’s older brother in Presley’s first film Love Me Tender.  He also played the male lead in A Summer Place, opposite actress Jane Wyman in Pollyanna, and as “King Ahasuersus”, opposite Joan Collins, in Esther and the King.  Other films include A View from Pompey’s Head, Slaughter on 10th Ave., Voice in the Mirror(the story of Jim Burton co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous), and Moonfire.  Egan also did work on television, starring on the series Empire, which co-starred Ryan O’Neal, and the western/drama Redigo.

In 1968, Jimmy Page, guitarist in the band “The Yardbirds” was looking for a lead singer.  He met Plant who was singing in a band named “Hobbstweedle” , the two immediately hit it off and Plant joined “The Yardbirds” bringing John Bonham as drummer.  They were joined by multi-instrumentalist John Paul Jones, and, in 1968, the band became known as “Led Zeppelin”.
“Led Zeppelin” has won numerous awards including the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and induction into the Rock and Roll of Fame.  The band sold over 200 million albums worldwide, 111.5 being sold in the US.
The band broke up in 1982 after the death of John Bonham and Robert Plant achieved a successful solo career starting with the studio album Pictures at Eleven followed by The Principle of Moments, Shaken ‘n’ Stirred, Now and Zen, Manic Nirvana, Fate of Nations, Dreamland, and Mighty ReArranger.
Beginning in 2007, Plant began performing with bluegrass star Alison Krauss.  Together they recorded the duet album Raising Sand which won Album of the Year at the 2009 Grammy Awards.
Robert Plant has become known as one of the most significant singers in rock music and, in 2008, Rolling Stone named him as number 15 on their list of 100 Greatest Singers of All Time.

George Richard Chamberlain was born in Beverly Hills, CA and became a teen age heartthrob when he appeared as “Dr. Kildare” in the medical drama of the same name.  The series ran for five seasons and was nominated for three Emmy Awards.  Chamberlain won a Golden Globe Award for Best TV Star-Male.  Veteran actor Raymond Massey played the surgeon mentor to Chamberlain’s young medical intern.
Wanting to be known as a serious actor and not just a teen idol he left the Hollywood scene and turned the theater.  He played roles in stage productions of The Philadelphia Story, Private Lives and, showing his vocal talents, played “Tony” in West Side Story, as well as a musical version of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Going to England, he showed his talent for classical performances as Hamlet and Richard II.
During the 1980s Chamberlain became known as the “King of Mini-movies, performing in The Count of Monte-Cristo, Centennial, The Thorn Birds and Shogun. He won two more Golden Globe Awards for his performance in The Thorn Birds and Centennial.
Speaking of his homosexuality Richard Chamberlain said, “When I grew up, being gay, being a sissy or anything like that was verboten.  I disliked myself intensely and feared this part of myself intensely and had to hide it and become “Perfect Richard, All-American Boy” as a place to hide

He was born Douglas Osborne McClure in Glendale, CA and was a blond haired hunk with a smile that could stop you heart.  His boyish good looks allowed him to play 20ish roles well into his late 40s.  In his early career he appeared on dozens of television series’ episodes such as Death Valley Days, Maverick, Mackenzie’s Raiders and Overland Trail. He was given the part of “Jed Sills” in the critically acclaimed detective series Checkmate which also starred Anthony George and Sebastian Cabot.  The series ran for two seasons and was praised for the intelligence of the writing and the outstanding performances.
McClure eventually became well known for his portrayal of “Trampas” in the western series The Virginian.  The show, which ran for nine seasons, also starred James Drury in the lead role as “The Virginian” and Lee J. Cobb as “Judge Henry Garth”.
After The Virginian, McClure’s career was never as successful.  For the last couple of years of his life he was fighting cancer but continued to work appearing in an episode of Maverick, the film Riders in the Storm and one episode of the TV series Kung Fu: The Legend Continues which didn’t appear until after his death from lung cancer.

Christopher Atkins Bomann was born in Rye, NY.  He wasn’t interested in acting until an agent he knew talked him into auditioning for The Blue Lagoon.  He won the role of “Richard” over 4,000 others who also auditioned.  The film, co-starring Brooke Shields, was an enormous success grossing over $58 million with a production cost of just $4.5 million.  He then starred, along with Kristy McNichol in The Pirate Movie, again appearing shirtless, which would become a recurring theme for him as an actor. In 1982 he was on the cover of Playgirl Magazine and later in the year posed nude for the magazine.  Atkins appeared as “Peter Richards” in one season of the prime time soap Dallas.  It became impossible for him to distance himself from his character in Blue Lagoon and during the 1990s and 2000s he appeared in several made for TV and cable films like Fatal Charms, Angel Flight Dawn, and Caved In. His most recent work was in the film Exodus Fall which starred Jesse James and Rosanna Arquette followed by a starring role in the drama Stained Glass Windows.

Born in Los Angeles, Christopher Thomas Howell was a child rodeo star before becoming a film actor.  He film debut was in a made-for-TV movie called It Happened One Christmas.  He was originally hired as a child stuntman in E.
