Willem Dafoe was born in small town Appleton, WI and was a drama major at the University of Wisconsin.  Leaving before he graduated, Dafoe joined a new avant-garde group called Theatre X and toured with the group for four years in the US and Europe.  His made his film debut as the star of Loveless and appeared in several more films before his breakthrough role as “Sergeant Elias” in Platoon. Other feature films Defoe has been associated with are Clear and Present Danger, starring Harrison Ford, the Academy Award winning  film The English Patient with Ralph Fiennes,  Once Upon A Time In Mexico with Antonio Banderas and Johnny Depp, as Christ in The Last Temptation of Christ and as “Green Goblin/Norman Osborn” in three Spiderman films.  He recently starred in Miral and A Woman to be released in 2010.

Kevin Joseph Aloysius Connors was born in Brooklyn, NY.  At 6’5”, and with natural ability, Connors joined the Boston Celtics, playing center, but, because baseball was his first love, he left the Celtics for spring training with the Brooklyn Dodgers.  He played for in the minor leagues before briefly playing for the Dodgers.  He had a short career playing for the Chicago Cubs before being spotted by an MGM casting director who recommended him for a small part in the Spencer Tracy-Katherine Hepburn film Pat and Mike.
Connors did appear in some feature films but was best known for his work on television.  He had roles in shows such as the Schlitz Playhouse of Stars, Four Star Playhouse, Wagon Train and Zane Grey Theater before landing the role of “Lucas McCain” on The Rifleman.  The show ended after five seasons and Connors then played “Atty. John Egan” on Arrest and Trial and “Jason McCord” on Branded.
Although busy with his acting career Chuck Connors found the time to pursue 10 hobbies: golf, horse riding, reading, swimming, fishing, poetry writing, spending time with his family, baseball, philanthropy and politics

Born in Lafayette, IN, William Bruce Rose, Jr became known to fans as Axl Rose, lead volcalist of the hard rock band Guns N’ Roses.  In the early 1980s Rose performed with a variety of local Los Angeles bands including Rapidfire, Rose, L. A. Lee Majors was born as Harvey Lee Yeary in Wyandotte, MI.  Although the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Lee Majors is The Six Million Dollar Man, his initial recognition came as “Heath Barkley” on The Big Valley from 1965-1969.  Post-Big Valley he made recurring guest appearances on television series episodes of Bracken’s World, The Virginian, Marcus Welby, M. D., and Owen Marshall: Counselor at Law. He began his role as “Col Steve Austin” in three Six Million Dollar Man made-for TV movies.  The following year The Six Million Dollar Man became a series running from 1974-1978.  Majors did some big screen films such as Killer Fish, Agency, and A Smoky Mountain Christmas.  He returned to televisions and starred as “Colt Seavers” in the five seasons of The Fall Guy.  Most recently, Majors starred in the film The Adventures of Umbweki, and will star as “Dr. Mike Miller” in The Revelator which will be released sometime in 2010.

Born in Los Angeles, CA, Charles Patrick Ryan O’Neal Jr. started his career with guest appearances on television series episodes of The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis, Bachelor Father, Leave It To Beaver, and Wagon Train. William Alan Shatner, best known as “James T. Kirk” was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  His film debut was in The Brothers Karamazov starring Yul Brynner.  He has appeared before the camera in both television episodes and films in almost 200 productions.  Some of the televisions shows he made recurring appearances on were Studio One, Kraft Television Theatre, Thriller, 77 Sunset Strip, and, For The People.  Although mainly a television actor, Shatner appeared in several films  such as  Judgment at Nuremberg, Big Bad Mama, Incubus, The Devil’s Rain and all seven Star Trek movies.  His most famous role is that of “James T. Kirk” captain of the Starship  Enterprise on Star Trek.  The show was later made as an anitimated series and Shatner did the voice of “Captain Kirk”.  He had another famous television role in T. J. Hooker.  Not ready to be “beamed up” yet Shatner played “Denny Crane” on the series Boston Legal and has done the voice of “Core” in a new animated film called Quantum Quest:  A Cassini Space Odyssey.
William Shatner ,in comparing himself to James Kirk, said “We were basically one and the same, although Jim [Kirk] was just about perfect, and, of course, I am perfect.”

Norman Eugene Walker, known to fans as Clint Walker, was born in Hartford IL.  He is best known as “Cheyenne Bodie” in the television western Cheyenne.  The show lasted for seven years and when it ended Walker went on to make recurring guest appearances in shows such as 77 Sunset Strip, The Lucy Show, and Kodiak. Jim Morrison was born James Douglas Morrison in Melbourne, FL and was the lead singer and lyricist of the  60s rock band The Doors.  Morrison was recognized to be one of the most charismatic frontman in the history of rock music.  The Doors debut album was the self-titled The Doors followed by other albums such as Strange Days, The Soft Parade, Morrison Hotel, and L.
