Handsome Lyle Waggoner is best known for his appearances on The Carol Burnett Show. The show ran from 1967-1978. He was one of the five regular cast members. The others were Carol Burnett, Vicki Lawrence, Harvey Korman and Tim Conway. Waggoner also played Major Steven Leonard Trevor on The New Adventures of Wonder Woman and was the first centerfold in Playgirl Magazine.
One of John Allen Nelson’s earliest acting roles was Warren Lockridge, from 1984-1986 on the series Santa Barbara. He was a co-star on the early seasons of Baywatch as John D. Cort. He also co-starred on adventure series Sheena with Gina Lee Nolin who also appeared on Baywatch. Although he only appeared in 11 episodes of the 2005-2006 season of 24, his portrayal of character Walt Cummings received critical acclaim. Nelson played the lead in the short-lived TV series Vanished and has made guest appearances on series such as Saving Grace, Burn Notice, Grey’s Anatomy and CSI: Miami.
Vintage actor Harry Hamlin will always be best known for his role as Perseus in the film Clash of the Titans and as Michael Kuzak in the TV series L.A. Law. More recent, however, is his role as Professor Chandler in the 5th season of Army Wives and his appearance in two episodes of the new legal series Franklin & Bash.
Vintage actor Dennis Quaid has appeared in dozens of films. Some of the more recent films are: The Day After Tomorrow co-starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Vantage Point with Matthew Fox, and the TV film The Special Relationship in the role of Bill Clinton. Quaid plays Rev. Shaw Moore in the 2011 updated version of the 1984 the film Footloose which will be released October 14, 2011.
Jan Michael Vincent is mainly recognized for his role as Stringfellow Hawke in the 1980’s TV series Airwolf. Before that he had feature roles in films with actors such as Robert Mitchum in Going Home and the TV mini-series The Winds of War; Charles Bronson in The Mechanic; and, John Wayne in The Undefeated. The photo above shows Vincent dressed for the role of Nanu in the 1973 comedy film The World’s Greatest Athlete.
Bring up the name Freddie Mercury and the band Queen and songs like Somebody To Love, Don’t Stop Me Now, Crazy Little Thing Like Love, and We Are The Champions come to mind. Mercury, lead singer for Queen, wrote those songs and many more.

Brad Davis’ most notable role was as Billy Hayes in the 1978 film Midnight Express. He was also featured in Chariots of Fire and starred in the films Heart, Cold Steel, Hangfire, and, in the role of Dr Phinney, in the TV movie Child of Darkness, Child of Light.
Jeff Lester played the role of Deputy Grady Spooner in the 1980 TV series Walking Tall. He also appeared in episodes of several TV shows including Lou Grant, Simon & Simon, Matlock, and Bay Watch. Among his film credits are: The Little Drummer Girl, Star Trek IV, and, In The Cold of the Night.
