Handsome athlete Greg Louganis is an Olympic silver and gold medal diver.  At 17 he entered the Montreal Summer Olympics and earned a silver medal in tower diving.  In 1984 he won the gold in the Los Angeles Summer Olympics, setting record scores.  He again won the gold medal at the Seoul Olympics, even though in the preliminary trials he his his head on the springboard and suffered a concussion.
Louganis has written his memoir in the book Breaking the Surface which remained at number one position on the New York Best Seller List for five weeks.  The book was made into a Showtime movie with Mario Lopez in the lead and Louganis as narrator.

Lorenzo Lamas, son of vintage actor Fernando Lamas, became well-known as “Lance Cumson” on the prime time soap opera Falcon Crest. He was with the show from its beginning in 1981 until the last season in 1990.  He  had a long run in the lead role of  the action series Renegade, and starred in the 1998 series Air America and the 2000 horror series The Immortal.
More recently, Lamas starred as himself in a reality show that focused on his own real-life family  titled Leave it to Lamas.  It aired on the E! channel.

Handsome Argentine actor Fernando Lamas, father or Lorenzo Lamas, appeared in dozens of US films, most often in the role of  “Latin lover”.  He was able to play those roles easily as, in real life, he was the archetypical playboy.

An actor of stage, screen, and television,Ving  Rhames specializes in playing villains, able to draw on the violence he saw growing up on Harlem’s meanest streets. His successful career began in 1984 in the Broadway play The Winter Boys. Since then he has appeared in more than 90 film and television productions. He became well known after playing “Luther Stickell” in all three Mission: Impossible films.
Ving Rhames was nominated for many awards and won the 1998 Golden Globe award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Mini-Series of Motion Picture Made for TV for his portrayal of “Don King” in the mini-series Don King: Only in America. After receiving the award, Rhames invited fellow nominee, Jack Lemmon, onto the stage and handed Lemmon his award saying, “I feel that being an artist is about giving, and I’d like to give this to you”. Lemmon was visibly touched and the audience gave him a standing ovation. Lemmon tried, unsuccessfully, to give the award back to Rhames and said it was “one of the sweetest moments I’ve ever known in my life”. A duplicate award was later given to Rhames.
Rhames plays “The Prophet” in the 2009 sci-fi film The Surrogates, based on a 2005-2006 comic book series of the same name, starring Bruce Willis.
